For Women, the Death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg Brings a Particular Grief
For so many people, women especially, Ruth Bader Ginsburg exemplified the best that our gender and our profession has to offer. RBG was a dedicated public servant who was humble and strong and brilliant. As an attorney, I can only hope to make a fraction of the impact that she made on society; all for the better. I am feeling her loss very heavily right now. When we lose a loved one, grief is expected. When we lose a mentor, even one we have never met, that grief can be just as real. During these sorrowful times, seeking counsel with a therapist, a colleague or a trusted friend can make all the difference. We are in this together.
