Holiday - Emotions Survival Guide

For most of us, holidays are a time of joyous celebration and loving reunions. Yet, there are many people who experience this time of year very differently. From stress to anxiety to grief, the holiday season may bring unwanted emotions and challenges. Please remember that we should all take time for some self-care as well as reaching out to those who may need additional support.
